Physical Therapy Services

  • Physical Therapy Evaluation (55min)

    • Includes history collection, Objective examination, plan analysis, and treatment initiation

  • Physical Therapy Treatment (55min)

    • Includes exercise prescription and progression, independent programming, manual therapies (dry needling, cupping, scraping)

    • 4 and 8 Treatment Session Packages available

    • Packages are for use after PT Evaluation. Packages expire 1 year after purchase.

Wellness/Personal Training Services

  • Consultation + Program Design

    • First: Virtual or in person 30-45min initial consultation with discussion and movement screen

    • Second: Individualized 4-12 week program design constructed based on goals, exercise experience, injury history

    • Third: Virtual or in person detailed review and instruction of program

    • Includes personalized training log and weekly virtual check-in for Q&A

    • Options for independent completion and guided live completion

  • Prices vary based on the best option for YOU

Screening/Extra Services

  • Movement Screen
