Physical Therapy

Comprehensive injury evaluation and treatment for active adults.

Physical therapy is for you if:

  • You have a new pain/injury that is affecting your daily life or sport

  • You have an existing pain/injury that is affecting your daily life or sport

  • You want a professional assessment from someone who lives an active lifestyle

  • You want a diagnosis and plan to manage and mitigate pain

  • You have tried self-treatment, other practitioners (PT, chiro, massage, etc), and/or rest without success

What to expect:

  • Comprehensive history, movement, and strength assessment

  • Detailed collection of current + past training load and sport demands

  • Clear explanation of what is happening

  • Structured rehab plan

  • Detailed activity modifications + clear plan of progression

You will work directly with Katie McWilliams, DPT, licensed physical therapist and performance coach.

After physical therapy, some athletes transition into Rehab Coaching or Performance Coaching for continued progression.

Rehab Coaching

For athletes who need structured load management while recovering.

Rehab coaching means:

  • Your strength training + rehab exercises are programmed

  • Your running volume, intensity, and terrain is programmed

  • Your climbing volume, intensity, style, and grip types are programmed

This is ideal for:

  • Athletes who struggle with load management

  • Athletes looking for a comprehensive non-traditional PT approach

  • Runners with recurring overuse injuries (knee pain, hip pain, ankle pain)

  • Climbers with frequent injuries (finger pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain)

  • Athletes looking to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance

What to expect:

  • A comprehensive consultation for history and objective measurement collection

  • Individualized weekly programming based on status, goals, and available equipment

  • Detailed strength, run, and climb session instruction with video instruction

  • Unrestricted communication + feedback multiple times per week

  • Ongoing progressions as symptoms improve + modifications for symptom flares

Virtual Includes one 30-minute virtual session/month‍ ‍$275/month

Hybrid Includes one 55-minute in-person session/month‍ ‍$295/month
